How do I cancel my account?

  1. Go to Settings located on the left navigation menu.



  1. Select Account Billing


You will notice that a new tab opens up with your Account Billing details



  1. Press Manage Billing button located in the middle or the top right corner



  1. Enter the email address associated with your Hyax account to receive an email for account management



  1. After receiving email just follow the steps to cancel your account
